With seven newly refurbished rooms, we’re the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting the beautiful Devonshire countryside, with The Garden House and Buckland Abbey just a short drive away, as well as Plymouth city centre for all those looking to hit the high-street.
BURRATOR RESERVOIR
Built in 1898, the reservoir boasts two stunning dams as well as a host of walks, cycle routes and bridleways.
Pooch Parlour
Muddy Boots and muddy pooches are most welcome! We have a dog wash on site after those long walks on Dartmoor.
DRYING ROOM AND BIKE STORAGE
Set up perfectly for lovers of the Outdoors, we have a drying room for boots and kit, as well as safe storage for bicycles, paddleboards and kayaks.
🔥A quick update from the Burrie!🔥 ☀️It turns out that when Britain reaches temperatures normally associated with southern Spain, we have to make some changes to protect our staff.☀️ Tomorrow & Thursday we will be closing our kitchen @ 2:30 pm ( last orders 2:15pm) & re opening at 5:30pm. We will also be closing at 8pm in the evening (last orders 7:45pm). Now a word on dogs🐾 We love them & they’re always welcome, but with temperatures nudging towards 35°C and beyond, should you decide to bring them with you please ensure their welfare is your top priority🐾 Thank you for your understanding and please be kind to our hard-working, slightly melted team!
